CCL 1660 Vinyl (PVC) Frames Production Line
CCL 1660 is a vinyl (PVC) frames production line. It has robotized corner cleaning, cooling and rotating systems. In addition to that, it has touch screen control panel, barcode system, milling cutters and saws rotation control, whereas automatic lubrication system and low lubricant warning system among stadard equipment.
- After simultaneous welding of 4 vinyl profile corners the frame goes to the robotized corner cleaning system for the following procedures

- Different cutters for white and colored profiles

- 0.2-2 mm welding space for colored profiles (automatically adjusted)
- Cooling system – Rotating system
